worst buying experience and service department After our first 2014 honda odyssey was messed up by a mechanic who attempted to install a tow package....they gave us a second van and told us to stop After our first 2014 honda odyssey was messed up by a mechanic who attempted to install a tow package....they gave us a second van and told us to stop complaining about problems...this van started to have major problems and I brought it to them and they told me the famous line of "No Code No Problem" "Sorry Can't Duplicate must be nothing wrong". But as time went on the problems got worse and I have extensive proof of the problems and proof of the dealership lying to me about the problems...So after my wife left negative feed back on their facebook page, they begged us to bring it in and give them a chance to fix the problems...so they kept our van in November of 2014 for 19 days straight..We picked up the van a day before Thanksgiving...And Most of the problems were not fixed, they even caused some new ones..I can go on and on with all the proof.. They even liked to give us our car back dirtier and with marks to the body..I started taking pictures of the car in the dealership parking lot to show it was clean when dropped off. So after a couple of times of this happening I complained about it when I came by to get something from it during the November 2014 service visit and saw the Van a mess again..they didn't even have the courtesy to use paper on the floor to protect the carpet and my all weather mats...So yes they did clean this time, but they used a spray silicone wax to clean the interior and the rubber all weather mats...it made the mats like a ice skating rink, I know this because it was raining that night and my 5 year old slipped and fell after getting in the van....They even said the would order me new mats, but nothing yet... Don't trust them, they string you along and tell you that all is ok... I even tried to reach the upper management and owners..Which after many phone calls to them and no returned calls I assumed they don't care... I can just imagine how many other people have had this same experience...they try to persuade people to change their reviews if they are negative... More

As DJ approached us that uneasy feeling started to come over us. As soon as we met DJ we immediately knew he was the salesman for us. He immediatel made us feel comfortable and he went out of his way to make sure our buying experience was as smooth as possible. He went over and above what any car salesman has done for us in the past and we are very grateful we met him. very professional We walked into Honda of TR with our son to look for a specific car he saw in the auto shopper. DJ met us and proceeded to help us from there. Dj was very professional and courteous,way better than a lot of others you meet when car shopping. In the end we wound up buying the car and are totally satisfied with our experience. Although less paperwork would be better,but that's out of DJ's hands. We will definitely return to this dealership (and DJ)next time. More

The usual new car dealer experience Went to H of TR to test drive and possibly buy a Honda CRV. The salesman was Michael V. He was very cordial, knowledgeable and seemed a good guy. When we decided we wanted a CR-V we talked about price and Mike went to talk to a manager. The price the manager gave was so outrageous and expensive we almost laughed in his face and walked out. But after a bit of haggling we worked out a reasonable and fair price for a 39 month lease... which we wanted. Mike V ?........... a good guy. Just be ready to haggle. More
