Rickie really helped in the purchasing of my new CR V. He pointed out all of the great features, and explained all of them. I love the ride and the sound system. AnnMarie Napoli was one of the best car salesperson we have ever dealt with. We are a family of four commuters, so are regularly in search of a new/newer car with low miles. We had decided on a Honda Civ have ever dealt with. We are a family of four commuters, so are regularly in search of a new/newer car with low miles. We had decided on a Honda Civic for our son in college. AnnMarie's excellent customer service throughout numerous test drives over several days and was extremely helpful, as was her patience and "no pressure" attitude. She had so much knowledge of each vehicle, and could easily explain the differences between the models. We ended up with a great, extremely low mile Civic, perfect to commute to college and perfect for our price range. We will definitely recommend AnnMarie and the dealership to others and will come back for sure! More

I gave Honda of Toms River 5 stars all the way around because of the experience we had buying our new 2013 Honda Accord EX. When my wife and I arrived at Honda of Toms River Kevin Depiano came right up t because of the experience we had buying our new 2013 Honda Accord EX. When my wife and I arrived at Honda of Toms River Kevin Depiano came right up to us and asked us if we were being helped. From then on the experience was great. Kevin was very patient with us because it was difficult to chose which Honda Accord we wanted, especially the color. We had him running around but he didn't mind. Kevin also made buying the car a pleasant experience. I can't remember ever saying that about any other car I have purchased in the past. We were also impressed by Kevin's knowledge of the vehicle. After we purchased the Honda Accord EX he sat down with us in the vehicle and explained everything to us and he even set up my iPhone 5 with Bluetooth and Panda Internet Radio. I received internet quotes from several local dealers. I took the lowest quote to Honda of Toms River because a family member recently leased a car there and recommended them. The quote was VERY competitiv took the lowest quote to Honda of Toms River because a family member recently leased a car there and recommended them. The quote was VERY competitive (lower than all other quotes by a lot) and I was expecting the usual push back ("that must be a typo", "if you went there there's no way they would honor it", "that cost probably doesn't include $1000 in hidden fees", etc)...they matched the quote no questions asked. There was some negotiating over the value of my trade-in but in the end I was satisfied with the value they gave me. Kevin was up front with all of the fees associated so there were no "hidden charges". I knew up front the total cost of the car which was very helpful. In the end, there was no pressuring, and I drove away very satisfied. Kevin began showing me all the features, even setting up my bluetooth, but it was snowing so he offered for me to come back any time were he can give me the full demo. I had my wife and two children with me, and there was a great area for the kids to wait while we negotiated. All-in-all a great experience. I highly recommend Honda of Toms River. More

I had been to several Honda Dealerships over the past month to purchase my 4th Honda (3rd Pilot) I knew what color and model,the white diamond pearl 4WD Touring model. I had seen it in several showrooms but was not satisfied with the sales staff in other dealerships. On impulse in the middle of my business day I took a chance on Toms River Honda and was fortunate to meet David Beaton. I found him knowledgable,charming,and determined to do a good job. I walked out with exactly the car I wanted and felt valued as a customer and pleased with my purchase.
