Safet initially showed my husband and I a 2013 CRV after we were having our current CRV serviced. We visited the sales room out of curiosity as to the leg room of the new model. I've met him a few times but I didn't realize he's working there the 1st time I bought a car.He was so accomodating and explained to me my options and right away I felt so comfortable.
