Safet initially showed my husband and I a 2013 CRV after we were having our current CRV serviced. We visited the sales room out of curiosity as to the leg room of the new model. We took his card and a brochure. When we returned home we got a call from service indicating that brake work needed to be done on the 2004 car. We discussed replacing our 9 year old 83k mile car and decided to call Safet. Safet answered our numerous questions and gave us a fair trade in. I'm a new driver & my 1st car was Honda fit & I felt I have outgrown the car & i wanted a bigger one .When I came to the office everybody was so busy I looked around then sat for a brief moment t I felt I have outgrown the car & i wanted a bigger one .When I came to the office everybody was so busy I looked around then sat for a brief moment then checked on a CRV & I fell in love with it .I was looking around for somebody to help me & Elzner saw me & said " Hi, Can I help you ?" I've met him a few times but I didn't realize he's working there the 1st time I bought a car.He was so accomodating and explained to me my options and right away I felt so comfortable. I felt I'm in good hands & he made sure that I had a good deal. Everything happened so fast and next thing I knew I was driving in Rt37 with my brand new CRV.It was so awesome. Elzner is an asset to your company.He made me feel what a customer should feel... trust and care for the customer & not just concern for the money that he would earn.
