His knowledge of his product was Outstanding! He believes in His product which made my decision a lot easier. He is very professional salesman. Shady and Rude The "out the door price" was agreed upon earlier in the day. I went in the evening to sign the paperwork. Before going in I clarified the agreed upo The "out the door price" was agreed upon earlier in the day. I went in the evening to sign the paperwork. Before going in I clarified the agreed upon price. I sat for two hours doing paperwork and adding the car to my insurance. Right at the last minute as the check was being written, my salesman said he made a mathematical error and I would need to pay almost $900 more to get the car. When the financial person came over and I explained my frustration with this last second change in the price, he informed me that my sales person actually made a $1500 error and that is what I would need to pay in order to get the car. I felt as though they were trying to manipulate me. When I expressed my frustration my sales person became rude. I promptly stood up and walked out. It almost made me not purchase a Honda at all, however I found another dealer and purchased my car there instead. I would never buy anything from that dealership. A friend of mine had a similar experience and had warned me not to go there in the first place, but I didn't listen. Lesson learned. More

Just came in to look BUT left with a new car! SEAOHBLUE I needed a car and as a person who takes care of my car and becomes attached to it, I am reluctant to part with it. Was looking at the accord sport mo I needed a car and as a person who takes care of my car and becomes attached to it, I am reluctant to part with it. Was looking at the accord sport model when we were approached by DJ Wilson a sales rep who was very welcoming to the dealership and asked if we needed help in any way. We said we were just looking and were interested in a certain model. So DJ showed us the models we were interested in as new then showed us a 3 yr. old pre owned in excellent shape.We were interested in that particular one but I was concerned about the 52K miles on it as my wife is a high mileage driver. He then showed us a completely different model Demo loaded with only 1300 miles on it and the price wasn`t that much more and we were getting a new car.In short we wound up buying the Demo which had every option available along with the power she requires and the economy of 35 mpg average she needs for the every day commute.She is gonna have to still get use to all the technology in the car and is worried about the new car (stay away from my car scratches,bumps and bruises) that seem to happen from everyday life being she is so careful with her cars. DJ Wilson is one of the most caring,considerate,and willing to spend as much time needed with a customer to make you feel comfortable with such a major decision that is stressful to alot of people who are use to being so attached to the old school cars of their lives. Honda also offers different financing plans which help you keep more of your money in your pocket and DJ can explain it thoroughly to you so that the light goes on in your head to see the sense it makes to go which ever way you want to go.Thanks DJ!
