After being rejected from a previous dealership with the response " We cant get you in anything" I arrived at Honda in Toms River with little hope for any help, but i was wrong. Numerous hours and great effort from the staff was required, but needless to say I drove out in a 2010 Honda Civic. Which by the way is amazing!!! Thank you all from printing 50million copies of paperwork and taking very long walks in this heat(Brian) to crunching numbers that just werent there (Carlo and Charles). I feel safe, happy and Anthony and I both have comfort we once did not have in a Coupe. God bless you all!!! More

I have driven a Honda for many years now and have not always gotten the best of service. Fortunatly, I found the staff at Honda in Toms River to be at the top of their game. My wife and I had a rewarding experience at Honda of Toms River. We were greeted by our salesman,Doug, as soon as we arrived. They were more interested in listening to us and what we were looking for, than River. We were greeted by our salesman,Doug, as soon as we arrived. They were more interested in listening to us and what we were looking for, than just selling us the first car that we saw. They made an impossible situation "POSSIBLE"!!! Everyone we met was courteous and respectful. We ended up purchasing a used car and this purchase , new or used, didn't matter to them. The only thing they cared about was satisfying our needs and making us happy. Which they did !!! We would recommend this dealership to anyone. Our sincerest thanks to all at Honda of Toms River. More
I was given alot of information, however i was pushed through like a peice of paper through a copy machine. Then the dealership would not let me register the vehicle myself out of state. I am still waiting for my plates with a car i cannot drive! Everytime i call the dealership i do not get any asnwers, other than "the person i need to talk to is not in right now, I will call you tomorrow"! This is unacceptable. The dealership also sat on my paperwork for greater than 2 weeks while i was issued a 20 day tag. I recieved a phone call where the sales person kept harassing my wife, and then i got into a yelling argument with him. I am not proud to have any affiliation to this dealership. The people in the service department is good though. minus the young guy swapping a tire for me hitting something in the bay, scratching my bumper. He doesnt know i watched it all. To the Toms River Dealership... You can get piled up in the rest of the manure! More
