Worse experience ever! Purchased car on 9 April and still have not received plates. Honda of Toms River is incompotent at doing their job right the FIRST time and does NOT know how to do their properl still have not received plates. If you want to wait 30 days and still wait for for licanse plates than go ahead and purchase from them, but their is NO point to buy a car that you CANNOT drive after the 20 day temp tag experies. Honda of Toms River has no control so they say in any part of the sitution, but their would not be a sitution if they just did their job right the first time. I would recomend anyone especially MILITARY members to go anywhere but HONDA OF TOMS RIVER. More
The Sales Staff at Honda of Toms River dealt with me, at all times, with friendliness, respect and integrity. Follow ups occured as promised and the deal progressed forward smoothly. It was clear that Vinne, Mike and Joe Ciaburri knew their business and executed with tranparency that was confidence inspiring. All employees at Honda of Toms River, from the receptionist on up, seem to understand the value of each customer. While I was working my deal, I witnessed the sales manager personally addressing customers who had presented a fictitious deal and wanted Honda of Toms River to beat it. He was respectful while being direct that the deal was, in his opinion, too good to be true and that, if the deal was true, that should go close on it. If they could not close on the deal that they thought they had been offered he invited them to return. "Come back," he said. "I miss you guys already." Not every customer is reasonable. How an organization manages a unreasonable customer speaks volumes about the organization's integrity. The fact that these customers, who did not approach the negotiation with integrity, were dealt with fairly and with integrity on the part of the dealership was, in my opinion, the correct way to deal with the matter. My own transaction was fair, well priced, and proceeded with transparency at each and every step. The vehicle I purchased has been a continuous delight. When making a purchase valued at $20,000 or more, why take risks? Go see Vinne at Honda of Toms River and sleep well at night. More

Buyer Beware!!! This dealership DID NOT HONOR THEIR QUOTES to me. Even after confirming the quotes with them twice over the phone before I drove to the dealership! After reviewing the numbers, I decided to go with this dealership. I spoke to the Internet Sales Mgr. Mike and told him the numbers and asked him to confirm them. He called me back and said he checked with the salesmanager and they are all correct except for the motor vehicle fee (he didn't know how much and I was okay with that). He seemed like a good guy, so I canceled my client appointments and decided to pick up the CRV today. Before leaving for the dealership, I called Mike again to confirm the numbers. He once again said they were correct except the motor vehicle fee. I got in my car and headed to the dealership. Twenty minutes later, I get a call from Mike stating that the salesmanager made a mistake with the numbers and my lease was going to be $35 more a month - PLUS tax (which was included before). I asked if they were going to honor the quote that they gave me in writing and twice confirmed over the phone- but of course they said NO. Based on my experience, I WILL NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. In two separate occaasions, I have made appts with Toms River Service for oil changes for my CRV at the mileage indicated on the sticker placed on my windshield by the TR Honda service dept. Twice I called River Service for oil changes for my CRV at the mileage indicated on the sticker placed on my windshield by the TR Honda service dept. Twice I called to verify appts. Twice I drove the 10 miles to this dealership, only to be told that it was not yet time for an oil change and they wasted my entire morning each time. They also refused to fix my defective indicator light for the rear door. This is rude and shows a lack of consideration for the customer and a serious lack of communication among employees. The oil change sticker mileage should be accurate and when a call is made to verify its accuracy and an appt made, it should be honored. No customer should have to drive 10 miles to have their vehicle serviced only to be sent home with no service and no consideration of their time. I am totally disgusted with this service department. Already had a Honda Pilot and went to Toms River Honda to price the 2011 Pilots. I had a wonderful experience working with Nadar and the management staff. I am not an easy person to negotiate with but they price the 2011 Pilots. I had a wonderful experience working with Nadar and the management staff. My experience at this dearlership need's to be bragged about. I am USAA member and got a bottom line price I also asked for the fee's to be emailed and that was done upon request. I did visit 2 other dealerships and wasted hours of my time because they were not upfront and honest with me and added on many "HIDDEN COST" I purchased a 2011 Pilot Touring loaded! Glad I waited for the 2011 Finance gave me a great interest rate and my monthly payment is close to where I wanted it to be. Glad I gave my business to a local dealer. More

When we returned, Nader was able to match our offer, and set us up with a beautiful truck at a great price. It was a pleasure dealing with Nader, who took the time to explain everything in detail, and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase. More
Simply tried to get a bottom line price via email on a car on their lot. They wouldnt supply a price, told me to call the dealership. Ugh. Than just a series of computer generated emails that went on and on..........just a dull, unresponsive dealership. Kudos to Rossi Honda, All dealers should model themselves after this one. They had upfront pricing through email, never a computer generated email, incredible response times. They actually get it. Honda of Toms River obviously doesnt realize that emails for price requests are the norm these days and that if you choose to advertise via the internet, than why not give out your lowest price if someone asks. Bought the same used car at Rossi Honda and did all the negotiating, purchasing details all via email without a problem. Just had to go to the dealership to get the car. Please remind Honda of Toms River its 2010. More
