misleading advertising Dealing with Steve at Toms River Honda proved to be a very disappointing experience. I was drawn in by their online price for a 2014 Jeep Unlimited o Dealing with Steve at Toms River Honda proved to be a very disappointing experience. I was drawn in by their online price for a 2014 Jeep Unlimited of $27,595. I test drove the Jeep and had a brief discussion with Steve where he advised me that the price they posted was pretty tight. I told him that my wife would need to come see the auto before I could make my offer. When I got home, I decided to save some time I would text Steve with an offer of $26,262 as I would need to purchase floor mats and other things that a Honda dealer wouldn't be able to provide at no cost. His response was that the dealership had $30k invested in the auto and that our numbers were too far apart. I responded that the difference between their online price and my offer was $1,350 and didn't understand his response. He then responded that there was also a $1,900 online fee. I reviewed their website and found no mention of this additional online fee and feel that I was duped into coming into the dealership without full disclosure of all fees. This proved to be very disappointing to me as I really liked the vehicle but won't deal with this type of dealership. I will continue my search elsewhere and can only advise that others should beware when doing business with this dealership when looking at used cars. More

As I was told the deal couldn't be made if I don't purchase. 3) Etching was not done on the day of purchase had to go on a different date to have this etched. 4) Be very careful on what you are signing. (I would not like to give any details here other than that). More
