I paid a large fee for dealer inspection/preparation. I submitted a receipt and photos of proof of dead battery. I even assisted in starting the Civic as Salesman needed help with the dead battery. The car also had wheel locks and no key in the event of a flat. Nobody checked for the key either but I had lockes removed and new lug nuts installed. I was ignored after the sale. Shameful
