I had the opportunity to meet Lou Cerrato (Dealer) helping me decide on a vehicle for my wife for the Memorial Weekend, and Lou was a great help. My final decision come down to the devotion of Lou had put on for me to walk-out with the vehicle that afternoon. Lou helped me negotiate, debate, and finalized my purchased. Although I wish the Dealership had keep the "lifetime oil change", which I had on my Accord, but....???? New purchase Walked in to showroom...no receptionist...was directed to Hank...sat with Lou...explained to them what I wanted...two vehicles, under $25K/each, wante Walked in to showroom...no receptionist...was directed to Hank...sat with Lou...explained to them what I wanted...two vehicles, under $25K/each, wanted to complete paperwork that day & return the next day with payment to pick up the vehicles...left without paperwork, but it was faxed to me that afternoon...went back the next day & waited over an hour before final paperwork could begin...had to ask to see the vehicles...took about another half hour to complete paperwork & then was pitched the extended warranty...explained to Derek, that I had checks with exact $ for purchase that was indicated on the paperwork faxed to me, therefore could not alter checks to include the extended warranty. The purchase was too cumbersome & time consuming. We are very happy with the vehicles, but if we decide to purchase another Honda, it will be from a different dealer. I purchased a Ford on the same trip, & their customer service blew this dealership away...so much so, that I might consider another Ford before a Honda. More
