We took the model that I like out for a drive and at the same time he was explaining to me the features of the vehicle. He also helped sync my phone to the car before I left and a few days after I purchased my CRV I received a phone call from Marian checking on how I'm enjoying my new car, which i think is excellent customer service. Lou Cerrato was my salesman. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel like I was family when I (nervously) came to purchase a new car. The service was superior from Lou and a very helpful gentleman named Frank (whose last name I did not get or remember). (Perhaps Digironimo, as it is the only Frank listed above.) He was patient when he gave me an overview of how to navigate my way around my new vehicle's technology. Both gentlemen had a sense of humor and were friendly. It was a terrible, rainy day, and both men took me outside to look at my new purchase...each to show me specific characteristics of the vehicle. I give them both a lot of credit, as neither of them complained a bit. They made it seem like it was "no big deal." But it WAS a big deal! :-) There was a gentleman who took care of the finances, as well. I do not remember his name. (Derek, I think.) He was thorough and helpful when I left my insurance card at the dealership and needed it in a moment's notice the following day. Regarding the vehicle, itself, thus far, I am most pleased. It is a comfortable ride and I believe Honda to be a very safe vehicle (which is important). I am most pleased with the color and the car's features. I purchased a Honda CRV-LX. More
