There was a specific Honda with a very rare color that the main Honda Motor Company website said was on its way (In Transit) to the dealership, Honda of Toms River. For a full 20 day timeframe within October and November of 2020, the Sales Department worked with me every step of the way in helping me to purchase this car and keep me updated during the long wait. Good dealerships in both sales and service are normally the result of a comprehensive Team effort by the dealership’s entire workforce, where no one is considered ‘less important’ than another. For example; when the restroom is consistently very clean whenever I’ve used it within the last 4+ years, conventional wisdom would suggest that the Janitor or Custodian has a less important job; but an equally valid alternative viewpoint is that his or her job is just as important towards the overall goal of Customer Satisfaction. My heartfelt thanks to the entire Honda of Toms River workforce! More

The service was very poor. Many of the Honda dealership would have the car in front of the door. The service provider gave me my car keys and told me my car was outside the service area and to walk to the would have the car in front of the door. The service provider gave me my car keys and told me my car was outside the service area and to walk to the left. The car was at least 50~100 feet from the front door, behind the repair gargage. Many of the other dealership have your car exterior cleaned and washed. Does make the customer feel welcome and concern about your car. Just a nice added touch. Felt like the staff is bothered by customer. First time I did not feel welcome at this dealership. I can compare my service to Honda of Freehold vs the service at Toms River. More
