June 9 I had an appointment for the oil change and filter rotate the tires appointment was for 1030 I arrive there tattle five they said it be about an hour and a half I didn’t get out till almost 12 o’clock rotate the tires appointment was for 1030 I arrive there tattle five they said it be about an hour and a half I didn’t get out till almost 12 o’clock on the way home I know if there’s a light on the dash I called him at 1 o’clock call the woman at the light on the dash when they rotated the tires they didn’t reset the light. Two hours later I Text I him still waiting calling me.. The service manager call me soon as he sees my text I told him what happened so I’ll go to the Lakewood or somebody else to fix it he said bring it in here I’ll fix it and give you a free car wash I said OK. This morning I went there he fix i never receive the car wash.. when I got home I told thanks for the car wash I supposed to get he text me back he said I’ll give you for your oil change next time you come here I said no thanks. I couldn’t trust any of them there anymore I’ve been doing this is the day I bought the car I got all the receipts I spent lotta money there and never again no more Honda I’ll go to a local place I drive a half hour yeah wait two hours go back and then an hour round-trip I still get nothing thanks for nothing More
