When I checked in on Wednesday evening, the service man was pretty abrupt with me. So much that my daughter, who was with me and who’s car it actually is, was surprised at the way he said things about the was pretty abrupt with me. I usually get great service, but I was pretty taken aback by this. Also, the car was supposed to be done by 3:00, but it was closer to 4:00. I was told it would be started first thing Thursday mort, but I was told that they were busy. Makes me the think twice about bribing my 3 Honda vehicles back in for service. All in all, I was very happy. The car runs great, but the first service man needs to speak a lot nicer to customers! More
