It see that your service department was having a bad day, that even the word can I help you, my appointment was for 11 am My car was was in the parking lot into 11.35 am,I have to go inside and ask, after that even the word can I help you, my appointment was for 11 am My car was was in the parking lot into 11.35 am,I have to go inside and ask, after that the car was picked up in 5 minutes and oil changed in 25 minutes, I went inside to paid my service was other service consultant mr Chris to finalize my invoice, I have to said he and the mechanic that work in my car 🚗 excellent service, very pleasant, have a blessing day Some of your consultants seem not a happy at all, have a blessing day. If I was not to far I will go back to DHC Honda for services dept excellent services wow 😮 More

Doug was incredible. Such a wonderful guy and he really helped us out. We went in not knowing if we’d be able to get anything due to financial restrictions but truly needed a bigger car for our growing fam helped us out. We went in not knowing if we’d be able to get anything due to financial restrictions but truly needed a bigger car for our growing family- we were deperate. Not only did he truly work some serious magic, he got us a car I never imagined us being able to own right now and just really truly helped us. He’s a great guy and I HIGHLY recommend him. I’ve been raving about him to everyone I talk to about it! 10 stars!!! Thank you Doug, and thank you Honda of TR, truly. We’re loving our Honda Pilot!!! More
