The buying process was a pleasure including staff interactions. However, after getting my used car purchase home, I was made very aware that I was not given inaccurate information about the vehicle. interactions. I was informed by the sales rep that it had been through the HONDA Multipoint Inspection upon receiving the vehicle on the Toms River lot and anything that needed to be fixed, was fixed prior to sale. The day after bringing my used car purchase home, it was clear there were issues with the front end, when driving on my first bumpy road since acquiring the vehicle. Due to living well over an hour away I brought the vehicle to the Honda dealer closest to my home only to find out that the front shocks/struts were blown, alignment was off, coolant, brake, and transmission fluid were well over due to be flushed, drive belt was stretched and needed to be replaced, and the cabin air filter needed to be replaced; all items that are inspected on a Honda Multipoint inspection, the one that was supposedly completed and addressed prior to sale. When contacting Honda of Toms River, I was given the sweet talk of the sales staff as I got upon purchase. I was told they didn’t understand what had happened and how the car sold in that condition, would contact the service rep to get more information, and call me back. When following up, I was told the service rep wasn’t available and would try the next day. The next day I got no follow up information. I had to proceed with fixing the vehicle out of pocket, as I needed my vehicle for work and it was already sitting for two days waiting for information, costing me an additional $1088 after purchasing it a week before. It’s very clear to me now, Honda of Toms River sales reps will do and say anything to get a customer in a car. I have dealt with Honda of TURNERSVILLE for 10 years have never been exploited the way I was at Honda Of Toms River . Unfortunately the only reason I didn’t buy from them is because they didn’t have any inventory available, that’s the only reason why I ended up at Honda of Toms River. Beyond disgusted and disappointed. More

All of the sales personnel were friendly and efficient. But! The advertised price of the vehicle was not the sales price. Additions of over 2,000 dollars for a certified Honda vehicle came as a shock. But! The advertised price of the vehicle was not the sales price. Additions of over 2,000 dollars for a certified Honda vehicle came as a shock. I do not feel that the finance rate of 3.5 % was good for someone with an 845 credit rating. One last cheap thing. The car was given to me with 1/3 of a tank of gas (99 mile range). Over 40,000 for a car and not even a full tank. Minor, but it does not make me want to go back or recommend. More
Told it would take 1 3/4 hour. After 2 1/2 hour was told haven't started yet. Then was told I must reschedule as they cannot get to today. Made my appointment a week ago. I am SO VERY ANGRY.
