Tom fit me in for an oil change with little notice, and had the job completed in a timely fashion. Also, all the staff were courteous and friendly. I had a great experience with the service department when I came in for an oil change and filter replacement. The dealership and the service writer were fine. Having my car tied up for 4.5 days and not having the problem solved is really unacceptable.
