Nicholas: I am not looking for any sort of compensation from your company. I ended up with a good vehicle at what I feel was a decent price even though it was somewhat higher than I was led to expect. I was simply trying to honestly explain how what I was expecting to be an exciting day turned out to be extremely frustrating. I had found the vehicle at what looked like a reasonable price on autotrader.com. I then called your dealership and specifically asked what fees would be added to the internet price and if the vehicle had any body damage. we got there to find a damaged bed side, mismatched tires and thousands of dollars in added charges. I also don't understand why the paperwork after an agreement is reached needs to take hours. I hope it is years before I need to buy another vehicle but maybe you can work on giving your next customer a better experience. thanks
