I went for an oil change. They added the tire rotation. I had another shop replace the tires since my last oil change, so it was probably due. They only did what was listed. I don't believe they checked anything else on the car, like checking the brakes, or topping the fluids for example. They were friendly (nobody greeted me at the outside, like they are supposed to). Applied my $20 coupon. Between my appointment time and the call to let me know it was ready, 4 hours at passed. I had told them that I would come back in the afternoon to pick it up. More

Franki was a great salesman. He was very patient the day I was there.
