ABUSE I WAS GIVEN A RAIN CHECK ON A CAR WASH AT TIFFANY SPRINGS HONDA, WHERE 39 YR. OLD ''BOB HENNESSEY'' NOW OWNS. AS I WAS BACKING OUT OF THE CAR WASH I WAS GIVEN A RAIN CHECK ON A CAR WASH AT TIFFANY SPRINGS HONDA, WHERE 39 YR. OLD ''BOB HENNESSEY'' NOW OWNS. AS I WAS BACKING OUT OF THE CAR WASH (A MANAGER!) BY THE NAME OF ''PAT DEERY'' POUNDED ON MY WINDOW & TRIED TO OPEN MY CAR DOOR, I WAS IN SHOCKING HORROR, AS HE WAS SCREAMING AT ME WITH HIS FACE AT MY WINDOW.... " WHO SAID YOU CAN COME HERE!!!" (I WAS SO GLAD I HAD MY DOORS LOCKED. ) PAT CONTINUED YELLING & TELLING ME TO GET OUT OF HERE & DON'T COME BACK!!! I LEFT & CALLED THE DEALERSHIP FOR HELP, NO ONE BUT PAT DEERY WAS AVAILABLE TO COME TO THE PHONE, I EXPLAINED TO KELLY ( THE RECEPTIONIST WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE,) I DID NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO HIM. ABOUT 15 MINUTES LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE WHO CLAIMED TO BE 'BEN' HOWEVER HE WOULDN'T SAY HIS LAST NAME, HE SAID HE WAS FROM THE TIFFANY SPRINGS HONDA DEALERSHIP & WANTED TO HEAR MY STORY. AS I BEGAN TELLING HIM WHAT HAPPENED, HE QUESTIONED ME MANY TIMES. (HE WAS CALM & USING THE TERM 'MAM.' I FINALLY SAID TO HIM, " I GET YOUR POINT," (AS FAR AS THERE PROTOCOL OF NEEDING THE STAFF TO DRIVE MY CAR INTO THE WASH, INSTEAD OF MYSELF., HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT WARRANT THIS LEVEL OF DISRESPECT, ANGER, UNPROFESSIONAL ,OUT OF CONTROL BEHAVIOR!! "YOU COULD HAVE NICELY EXPLAINED THIS TO ME." I THEN ASKED HIM ONCE AGAIN FOR HIS LAST NAME, HE SAID " THIS IS PAT." I WAS MORTIFIED! HE HAD BEEN PRETENDING TO BE 'BEN!' I SAID TO HIM, "OH! SO NOW YOU ARE LYING! " HE SAID, " I WANTED TO HEAR WHAT YOUR STORY WOULD BE. HE THEN SAID " CAN I GET YOU A FREE OIL CHANGE"? I HUNG UP ON HIM. I SPOKE WITH BOB HENNESSEY THE FOLLOWING DAY, HE DEFENDED PAT, DID NOT APOLOGIZE, SAID HE WOULD TALK WITH PAT. HE HAD OBVIOUSLY TALKED WITH HIM BEFORE WE TALKED. AS WELL, I HAD LEFT A MESSAGE FOR "ASHLY MILLER" THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER, WITHOUT A RESPONSE! More

They had kind helpful words and communicated beautifully. Bianca helped me tremendously. She is a great salesperson and got me what I needed and explained it all beautifully. God is good and he had me in the midst of some of the best I have ever seen. This is my fourth Honda so I don't say this lightly "they were wonderful". Thank you for being what I needed and giving me the opportunity to have such a great experience. More

Oil Change = New Car Have been loyal customer for many years, always pleasant, friendly and honest! Have always had service for vehicle completed at dealership. My husband is from the old-school when you change oil every 3,000 when we came in this time Kyle was great and suggested to my husband to try 5,000 for maintenance. Thank you, Kyle for the suggestion. While waiting for maintenance to be completed, my husband walked around the showroom as he always does - the new 2015 CRV caught his eye. He talked to several of the salesmen about the new features (we had a 2013 CRV). He comes back; tells me the new features and I continue with my reading. The next thing I know my husband is introducing me to Wally, (which my husband has dealt with before with another family member and always strikes up a conversation at the dealership), and I'm on my way to look at the 2015 CRV. Needless to say, we ended up test driving the new model! In the middle of the test drive Kyle from service is calling to see where we went and to inform us of additional maintenance which needed to be completed on our 2013. Got to give Kyle credit for tracking us down. I informed Kyle he'd better wait to complete additional maintenance as it looks like we would be trading in. Wally didn't hesitate to work with management on a deal for us. Wally promised he'd keep payments at or below what we currently had. Wally came through on his promise - went from a base 2013 CRV to a top of the line 2015 for less money!!!! Wally sealed the deal, we drove off the lot in record time, never felt pressured or seconded guessed our decision to trade up! Tim and Dean remembered us from 2 years ago when we made the last deal! We'll be back in 5,000 miles for maintenance (thanks, Kyle) and in 36 months to trade again. More
