Courteous, Professional and Competent. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. We reviewed service that was to be done while I waited. Had a cup of coffee and was on my way in about 40 minute I was greeted as soon as I arrived. We reviewed service that was to be done while I waited. Before leaving, I was shown data for my car about condition of service parts including service parts that were not serviced during this visit. Always good to know. More
Horrible Customer Service I brought my 2016 Honda Pilot in for recalls and an issue with the passenger window. When I got the car back, there was a terrible window noise through out the cabin of the vehicle. They are saying that it's not an issue and after repeated attempts to get the service manager and general manager to call me, NO ONE in management has contacted me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! I spent over 40k for a verhicle that has terrible wind sounds like the window is cracked now AFTER the dealership worked on the car. They are saying that it isn't an issue and that all the cars sound like that. I drove it the first 10,000 miles and didn't have that sound. I take it in for repairs and now it is unbearable to drive. Complete incompetency ALL levels at Honda of Tiffany Springs. Buyer BEWARE! More

From the service manager, Dave Rose, to my service adviser, Michelle Hays, my experience was as pleasant as ever. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy something that I did not ask for. There was never any "up-sale"on something that I did not need, and the whole thing was carried on as professional as could be. Recalled airbag fixed This is the second time my airbag has been recalled and the second time I have taken it to this dealership. Both times, it turned out that my airbag w This is the second time my airbag has been recalled and the second time I have taken it to this dealership. Both times, it turned out that my airbag was completely fine, but either way, they were professional, respectful, and let me know ahead of time how long it would take (45 minutes) so I could bring something with me to do. Both times it was right at if not right around 45. No one wants to deal with a recall, but this was less painful than I thought it would be. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I have a CD (book on CDs from the library) stuck in the CD player. I asked them to take a look at it and she said if it took any time at all, it would be $68/hr. For one CD?? No thank you. I told them to see if it was easy and if it took any time at all, not to bother. They were unable to get the CD out. I was a bit bummed that the dealership would charge $68/hr for CD extraction. Guess I'm buying the library a new CD set. Not huge, just...irritating. More
