My Honda Pilot was blowing hot air from the A/C and I needed it fixed quick. The team at Honda of Tiffany Springs got me the appointment date and time I wanted. I worked with Mike Bair and he was amazing. From scheduling my complementary shuttle service to keeping me informed on the process Mike was great. When my vehicle needed to stay over night, because the part needed to be expedited to the location, Mike got me a loner vehicle. The next day my vehicle was ready to go before noon and price came in under estimate! The two car shuttle personnel that I received rides from where friendly and professional. Don't go any where else! Also, they have won awards for fixing things right the first time which was important to me as well. More
Thorough, prompt service. I was immediately met by Paul Wobbe, a service writer who was very personable and courteous. He swiftly went thru your pre service inspection and wrote up a service order addressing my requests. I was wondering around the sales floor visiting with the sales reps when Paul came in to advise me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. He explained what services had been performed on my vehicle and asked me if I had any question? We visited for a short while about the type of service I could expect from Honda of Tiffany Springs. I was very pleased to hear his high praise for their service department as Paul and I have shared many of the same life experiences. My initial experience was a very good one. More

In past with Honda Tiffany Springs service I received from others routine care as you would expect from most auto dealerships, but this time Mike Bair handled my service. I had bought the Accord from Tiffany Springs new 2013. I had been getting oil changes and small service jobs done since purchase but had not kept the log book updated and I had 35,000 miles on car. Mike went beyond just writing up this days service that I requested. He went to computer file and logged in my book the day and service that was done over the past three years. I asked what service should I have done today at the current mileage. He made his recommendations to which I said OK lets do it. He went beyond the normal accommodation and made me feel like he cared about me and my auto. GREAT EXPERIENCE More

Mike Bair and all the rest welcome you as you come in, take the time to let you know they see you, even when they are busy with another customer. That is a good way to help a customer be patient. Once they are ready for you, they are efficient and at ease with their knowledge, and recognize you as a repeat customer. Mike even has remembered details of our previous conversations. I always wait now that I am retired, service is quick, correctly completed, explained fully as needed, and check out is speedy. This is only my second Honda, I will most likely always drive a Honda and do business with Tiffany Springs Honda! More
