Satisfied I scheduled a routine maintenance after my Maintenance Minder reminded me. I also had two other concerns about the car. One was the brakes and the o I scheduled a routine maintenance after my Maintenance Minder reminded me. I also had two other concerns about the car. One was the brakes and the other was fouling of my spark plugs that continues to occur. Jason was the service rep and listened to my concerns. While I was waiting for the car, Jason returned and explained that Honda would replace 4 rings in my engine at cost. While they were doing that they could do some upcoming engine maintenance saving me some labor cost down the road. I was given a loaner and a few days later had my car back and everything is working great. Very courteous and helpful service department. Ed More
