Normal great service I brought in my Pilot for the scheduled service. As usual I waited f it to be completed and they are always so fast in their service work. They advised me that since I was heading for Florida I also needed a front end alignment. Had that done also. The drive to FL went well and I felt safe in the car with all necessary areas maintained to standard. More
The brake problem I had for over 100,000 miles is fixed. I have a braking problem on my 2006 CRV for over 100,000 miles. Another dealership tried to fix it with no luck. While at your dealership for other service I told Paul in service about the problem. He asked me if he could look to see if he could figure out what was wrong. I gave him permission and he took it for a drive along with Dave, mechanic. Dave put it up on the rack and saw all four rotors were warped. I set another appointment to have the rotors turned. Problem solved. No more braking problems. Such a good feeling knowing I'm now driving a safe vehicle. Thanks Paul and David. More

"Trust and Piece of Mind" I have been buying Honda Automobiles since the 1980's. Presently I own a 2003 Accord, a 2006 Ridgeline, and I just recently traded in a 2009 Odyssey I have been buying Honda Automobiles since the 1980's. Presently I own a 2003 Accord, a 2006 Ridgeline, and I just recently traded in a 2009 Odyssey EXL for a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite. I have known Mike Bair my Service Advisor and Dave Witt my Mechanic for over 30 years. They are the experts and I leave all my service work in their hands. My vehicles have not been serviced anywhere else but your dealership. It is this Trust and Piece of Mind that keeps me coming back! I also appreciate Josh who gives me a ride to work and comes and picks me up when my vehicle is serviced and ready to go. These are among the many reasons why I have stayed a Loyal Honda Owner over the years. More

I trust him 100% with our van. I told him once, when my wife was taking this car out of town for an extended period of time, I need this vehicle to be in peak performance and I only gave him a day. He stepped up and made things happen. Making things right is his priority. I keep coming back because he is there!! More
