When you get nailed for a huge repair, you want to feel good I have a 2007 Odyssey and it is starting to need expensive repairs. I loath spending money on old cars, but I want to drive my van for another 5 year I have a 2007 Odyssey and it is starting to need expensive repairs. I loath spending money on old cars, but I want to drive my van for another 5 years. It is essential to know that I'm dealing with honest and good people, and I trust Micheal explicitly. This seems like a very well run servic center. It is clean, orderly, responsive, and considerate. They lent me a new CRV as a loaner for no cost. Employees make the difference, and this place seems to get it. More

At the time Jeff took care of my maintenance schedule and needs and Eddie begin taking I purchased my car from Honda of Tiffany Spring in August 2010. At the time Jeff took care of my maintenance schedule and needs and Eddie begin taking care of things afterwards. Eddie always provides excellent customer service and support. I have nothing be love and admiration for Hondas of Tiffany Springs. When I purchased my next Honda it will be from HOnda of Tiffany Springs. More

Not Impressed in my first visit (and the last one) to Honda of Tiffany Spring to check my car based on a safety recall that I got by mail, I wasn't impressed at all in my first visit (and the last one) to Honda of Tiffany Spring to check my car based on a safety recall that I got by mail, I wasn't impressed at all. let me start by saying the technician how handled my car didn't even smile nor look at my face. he offered me to clean my car and I accept the offer, I was surprised that they didn't clean my car when they were done. the reason for this negative review is that: when I was thinking of purchasing the car, everyone at Honda of tiffany spring was nice and polite, after that, and during my last vist, I felt like i was treated with no respect. Oil change gone WRONG!! 2012PilotOwner I have gone to this dealership for almost 20 years and have been pleased with the service. We have Even bought 2 new vehicles from them. On 12/28 I I have gone to this dealership for almost 20 years and have been pleased with the service. We have Even bought 2 new vehicles from them. On 12/28 I was Very disappointed with the service. I went in for an oil change. After it was done I noticed two of the valve stem caps were missing and the other two were extremely loose. This has happened in the past thus I always check. This was addressed with them before I left the dealership. During the oil change I was advised I needed an air filter. I decided to do this myself to save some money. When I got home I noticed of the four screws two were snapped due to over torquing. The broken screw and screw heads were still by the air filter. I went back to the dealership and 40 min later it was addressed. Thanks Jeff Hudson. I greatly appreciate it being fixed. I understand it was busy and I was probably not the only issue they had that day. The lack of apology and being sorry for the issues was not there, which in the past it was. I called and left a message that same day with GM/Pat Deery who was in the office to let them know that I was not happy, but still have not received a phone call back. Just in awe and frustrated with the lack of concern for a loyal customer More
