Quick and convenient fix My car had been making a funny noise when braking ever just a couple of months after I had purchased my vehicle. I had the car checked in November and they didn't see anything wrong with it at that time. I called to schedule another appointment just recently. When I pulled in Brody met me at my vehicle with a friendly smile. I explained the situation. We came up with a game plan to have the service person drive my vehicle to see if they could pinpoint the noise and come up with a solution. Immediately after dropping off my vehicle, Brody called to let me know that they had heard the noise, they knew it was the rotors, quoted a price and started the process to fix the problem. I had my car back within a couple of hours on a Saturday. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, Brody took the time to go through the inspection process they performed on the vehicle and assured me that everything looked good. This was such a smooth process and I'm relieved they found a solution to what was becoming a stressor when driving my vehicle. I appreciate Brody's positivity and assistance. More

I was in Des Moines, 200 miles from home. I immediately contacted Service Adviser Extraordinaire Mike Bair, who gave me the price and agreed to order a new mirror for delivery and arranged a service date to suit my busy schedule. Upon arrival for the installation, check in was the usual lightning quick, and I was barely into my nap, when Mike Bair informed me the repair was already done. And the price was pleasantly less than the original estimate. Mr. Mike Bair has assisted me with service on 3 Honda vehicles in over 10 years, including 804,000 miles on this Civic. I consider him the most knowledgeable and competent of an excellent group of service advisers. Also, the Parts Department notified me the day the mirror arrived, a couple days before I planned on coming in. And as usual, several service employees, and other parts and sales staff spoke to me by name during my visit. More
