Service for a faulty seat belt and a last minute oil change. I called the service center on my way to work that morning, as my seat belt would not pull from the retracted position and was unusable for my morning I called the service center on my way to work that morning, as my seat belt would not pull from the retracted position and was unusable for my morning commute. Brody recognized that it was a safety issue and was able to get my car in that morning and was able to provide me with a loaner car so that I was able to drive to work. He called me a short time later to inform me that a new part needed to be ordered and my car would not be ready that night. He was good at communicating the status of the service. I think people generally don't like to take their car in to be serviced, but this visit exemplified the excellent customer service that Honda of Tiffany Springs consistently provides and is one of the reasons we have bought our cars from them in the past. Fast, friendly and smooth experience thanks to Kenny. Everything about my experience with Honda of Tiffany Springs pertaining to the service I received was excellent. The only problem I had, which really should never happen, is that it took three phone calls to make an appointment. The first call ,once I was transferred to the service department, the phone just rang off the wall and I finally hung up. I called back within five minutes. After being transferred to the service department, someone answered the phone but for some reason cut me off. The third call to the service department was successful and the rest was exceptional. I need to come back for additional service and would like to have Kenny set it up but I don't know how to call Kenny directly. A service advisor option would be nice even if it puts me in voice mail where my advisor could call me back. This sums up my total experience and as you can tell I am satisfied with everything except your telephone procedure. If you suggest I make my appointments on line I will be very disappointed in you. More
