Every time I have an appointment at Honda of Tiffany Springs, no matter what the reason, I'm getting excellent customer service and consistent friendl Every time I have an appointment at Honda of Tiffany Springs, no matter what the reason, I'm getting excellent customer service and consistent friendliness and great listening. I've noticed this especially since Jeff Hudson took over as manager......thanks Jeff for bringing better customer service ! The service was pretty good before Jeff, but such a noticeable difference after Jeff came on board. Each employee I've worked with since Jeff has been excellent - they take the time and are welcoming of any questions or concerns without making you feel rushed. ALL businesses that serve people should be making friendly, non-rushed, welcoming, individual-catered customer service their priority, and unfortunately many service businesses still haven't caught on and realized that is the key yet. Thanks Honda of Tiffany Springs !!! More

Great Service on My 2012 CRV My recent service appointment for my 2012 CRV was great. I took the car in for tire rotation and also an oil change. It turned out that I also neede My recent service appointment for my 2012 CRV was great. I took the car in for tire rotation and also an oil change. It turned out that I also needed an alignment done as well. I was greeted promptly and courteously. Everything was explained to me on the service I would receive and I was also asked if I had any questions or concerns. The service was done in a very efficient amount of time and my car was washed and waiting for me when I returned. We have always have great service from this dealership. It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff!!! Thank you! More
