Mike always goes over the top I have been coming to this dealership for service for over 15 years, back when it was still on North Oak. It's because of Mike and the way he manages I have been coming to this dealership for service for over 15 years, back when it was still on North Oak. It's because of Mike and the way he manages his team. I came in for an oil change the other day, but when the techs diagnosed several issues, it was Mike who helped me deal with them and come up with a plan that worked for me. He somehow manages to do this even though he is always swamped. He is just a great guy and wonderful to work with. Thanks, Mike! More

Oil Change, MO Vehichle Inspection, Alignment I brought our aging Pilot in for an oil change and State of Missouri vehicle inspection. Though I made my appointment through another service technic I brought our aging Pilot in for an oil change and State of Missouri vehicle inspection. Though I made my appointment through another service technician, Jason immediately checked me in after entering the service bay. He was friendly, courteous and professional. The Pilot also needed an alignment, which I authorized and the service department quickly completed along with the oil change and inspection, all the while I was waiting their comfortable lounge.
