Fast, efficient and honest service I usually make an appointment but found myself with an unexpected (small) window to get my service done. I walked in and they were able to get me in I usually make an appointment but found myself with an unexpected (small) window to get my service done. I walked in and they were able to get me in and out in time for my next appointment. Unlike so many dealerships and garages generally I never feel like they are trying to up-sell me. If I do need to add anything to the basic service I've come in for, they show-and-tell me what they suggest and why but never pressure. Always great service here. More

Friendly service and informed me of a warranty I brought my car in for a service as usual, except this time had an issue with low oil, which I haven't dealt with before. Eddie got back with me afte I brought my car in for a service as usual, except this time had an issue with low oil, which I haven't dealt with before. Eddie got back with me after he did some research and found an extended warranty that could cover the cost of repairing the potential issue. He told me what I needed to do to be eligible for the warranty and set me up a schedule for the dealership to track the problem. If they find an issue during tracking the issue, then he said the warranty would cover the cost of repairs. I would have never thought about the warranty coverage had he not did the research and found it for me. I am extremely pleased about this information (not pleased of the problem of course). I would have otherwise been pretty upset having to pay for repairs later on when the problem eventually became bad enough I had to do something about it. I'm not mechanically inclined and wouldn't have thought about the fix until too late when the problem could have been worse. Eddie was on top of things and took the extra time to help out when I didn't even ask for it. More
