Great Service I was having a problem not wanting to start when I pushed the button. I called and got an appointment when I wanted it. Brody Campbell was my service I was having a problem not wanting to start when I pushed the button. I called and got an appointment when I wanted it. Brody Campbell was my service writer for this job. They got it in that morning and let me know the starter was going out on it. They replaced it and had me back on the rode the same day my appointment was. I bought the car from them and they have always taken great care of it. I would recommend them to all Honda owners. More

I brought my car in because the AC wa This was my first experience at Tiffany Springs Honda. Josh made this service visit very easy and comforting. I brought my car in because the AC was blowing hot air. Josh explained what he thought it could be and would have the mechanics check it out. After the mechanics checked my car out, Josh came back and explained in terms that I could understand and the approximate cost and time it would take to fix the problem.. At no time did I feel pressured into something I didn't need. Josh was very patient and answered all questions I had. He had a loaner car there on the spot. Josh said the service would be completed the next day by noon and would call me to let me know. He called me back the next day at the time he indicated he would and told me everything was done. Kuddos to Josh and your service department for taking care of my problem and for the obvious team work you have there at Tiffany Honda. More
