HONEST service advisor. ----- calm demeanor,---- easy to communicate with. He asked how they could be of help that day and I adv I went in for an oil change and was warmly greeted by Eddie Lamblin, in the service department.. He asked how they could be of help that day and I advised I only needed an oil change. He took my info and as I was going to wait for the service, he invited me to use their waiting room. There, you will find comfortable seats and big screens to stay up on local news. They also have free coffee and tea, and fruit available. When my car was finished, Eddie came in and got me and advised some of the service I might want done. No pressure, no hype, He made sure he had all the recommendations down with prices so I could see what I would need to spend on each. Excellent customer service. More

E The AC blower stopped working in my 2015 CR-V. Since I only live a mile from this dealership, I made an appointment for the coming Saturday morning. Eddie Lambkin greeted me as I walked in and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Since there was no shuttle service available that day, Eddie gave me a loaner CR-V. Just a few hours later he called to tell me that my own CR-V was washed and ready, with a new AC blower installed and working. The whole process could not have been better. Thank you Eddie and the service techs! More

Since I hadn't had my car serviced there before, the Service Advisor printed out a list of "what needs to be done and when" for my vehicle. Perfect!! I was able to go home and check my records, I now know the best time for service to keep my car running great. My car was back in this week for an oil change and the "advised service" that was recommended to me. Again, Perfect!! Kenny Williams was knowledgeable, polite, everything was just as I expected. I will be back for all my service needs. Thanks!! More

Great, friendly, efficient service I arrived on a Friday afternoon about 3 pm. I did not have an appointment, but they took my vehicle in and Kenny looked up the vehicle history and to I arrived on a Friday afternoon about 3 pm. I did not have an appointment, but they took my vehicle in and Kenny looked up the vehicle history and told me what it should have and what it had last time so I didn't need it this time.
