I wait in the nice lounge when it is oil change because I know it will be completed with 45 minutes as long as I make an appointment ahead of time. My latest oil change experience was no exception. Excellent, Dependable Service for 18+ Years; Great Vehicle Everyone is always so polite, attentive and thorough in the service department. I have depended on the service department using my 18+ Odessey Miniva Everyone is always so polite, attentive and thorough in the service department. I have depended on the service department using my 18+ Odessey Minivan to transport car loads of my son's sport teams, Cub Scout den and Boy Scouts troop including camp in Bonner Springs, KS and Osceola, MO. In addition I depended on them and my van out during the years I traveled to St. Louis (often bi-monthly) to care for my late mother and sister during their illnesses. There were also the happy holiday trips to St. Louis and vacations to Colorado, Canada and the east coast to see family. On Columbus Day Kenny worked me into the schedule on a school day vacation. Thanks! Mike Bair explained to me once that the service department has low turnover, so most of them have known and worked together for a long time. It shows! More
