Upon seeing that the tire was not repairable, Josh checked the tread on the remaining 3 tires. He then spoke with my husband and presented various options on manufacturers and pricing for 4 new tires. He was able to get our vehicle serviced quickly. He was very professional and considerate. We noticed a gash in one of his tires and knew that they were close to being replaced anyway. I left a message with Mike on Black Friday and inquired about the correct size of tires being in stock and being able to be put on that day. He called me back with the information and the tires were on the car later that day. I appreciate Mike's time on what was a very busy day at the service center. We have three Honda's now and will continue to bring them to Tiffany Springs to have them serviced. They are always friendly and honest with the work that needs to be completed. More
