My car is getting older now so he also tells me what will be looking at so I can prepare. My car is 7 seven years old and besides tires, a small glitch with the air conditioning this summer, my first major repair was this week and it wasn't that bad but needed a battery and some small updates on anti freeze and brakes. That's a great record for that car! I really appreciate everyone there and waiting is not bad at all with Ashley stocking cookies, coffee and water and making sure I'm comfortable. Thanks so much. Burned oil smell I did not have an appointment on Friday, but Honda of Tiffany Springs worked me in because I smelled burning oil. Mike Bair had the problem quickly a I did not have an appointment on Friday, but Honda of Tiffany Springs worked me in because I smelled burning oil. Mike Bair had the problem quickly assessed and I needed a valve gasket replaced. When I went to pick up the car, the problem was fixed, Mike explained all work performed and my engine looked new from the cleaning and my car was washed. Mike always makes auto repairs less painful. My Honda Accord has over 240,000 miles on it and I'm sure I will begin looking for a newer car one of these days; but I will say there is no vehicle t My Honda Accord has over 240,000 miles on it and I'm sure I will begin looking for a newer car one of these days; but I will say there is no vehicle that I feel safer in than my Honda from the Tiffany Springs dealership. From the beginning, I have had my service done with the same expert Service Department and primarily, Service Advisor Mike Bair. Mike knows what is needed and I trust his recommendations explicitly. He is always eager to get the service completed as soon as possible and makes sure that I understand everything that was completed and that I am completely satisfied with the job done on my car. I have referred friends and family to this dealership because of Mike and I plan to be one of his customers for the long-term. I STILL have a smooth riding vehicle after all these years! More
