I would especially like to mention Mike Bair and his excellent customer service. Mike always greets me by name, takes time to explain the service performed.... and never offers up or recommends unneeded service. And on the one occasion where warranty work was needed (new transmission), Mike was professional, efficient, and provided a loaner vehicle. He called me daily with the status of my vehicle, and called to apologize when part deliveries were delayed..... When my car was complete unfortunately the dealer's car wash was broke. When I drove up I witnessed Mike hand washing my vehicle. He wanted it to be perfect for delivery. Amazing service! More
