Service Advisor Kenny is Amazing! Kenny is amazing. I have always dreaded going to the dealership with car issues. When I took my Pilot he listened to me, even with the "it leaks fro Kenny is amazing. I have always dreaded going to the dealership with car issues. When I took my Pilot he listened to me, even with the "it leaks from the roof" or it make "clank noise" and he get it. He tells me what the problem is, NOT in auto tech words and how we are going to fix it again not in auto tech words. He wants me to truly understand what is going on and why he needs to get done what he needs to get done. I am very happy to say, if I have an issue, Kenny is my go to person. More

Long process, great results I was having trouble with a few things with my car and, long story short, it took 5 visits to the Honda dealership to get it taken care of. Each time, I was having trouble with a few things with my car and, long story short, it took 5 visits to the Honda dealership to get it taken care of. Each time, Jason was patient, kind, and clear with what was going on with my car. Though I was frustrated with the problems the car was having, I am so very glad I had Jason as my representative. I will continue to come back to this dealership for oil changes and service updates...though I hope I don't have to return any time soon : ) More

The gentleman who checked me in was less than friendly and nowhere to be seen when I finally asked about the car. The guy who checked me out was clearly stressed but attempting to be polite. Finally they rotated the tires after I asked them not to because we are buying new tires. However when I pointed this out, the charge was removed. More
