Very slow start. Rod, Jessie and College were wonderful. We came into buy a car and everything stalled out. The car we wanted was not on site. Rod gave us the shipping fee for free, which helped. That was not possible, but employees that I did meet were helpful, professional and courteous. My grandfather, a longtime car dealer, used to say that a car deal was successful when the customer walked away happy with the deal and the salesman walked away happy with the deal. From my end, it was a successful deal, and I only hope that Vickie in Sales and her support personnel were also happy with the deal--that would make it a successful sale all around. Thank you. More
