Awesome experience We were in the market to buy, but were looking for a baseline civic. Jaime B met us in the parking lot and was immediately attentive to explaining the options and pros/cons of the different civic models. The staff even kept a Civic EX in the room a little longer so we could check it out versus the LXs. Had Jaime not been so enthusiastic and knowledgable about the whole Civic model line we would have not known the better deal that was the EX. We had a rather bad experience at a domestic car dealer last year and were apprehensive about this purchase. Jaime was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and very customer orientated. The whole time in the dealership we did not feel put off or left out and put all our apprehensions to rest. We love our car and loved the experience. Thank you!! More

We have referred our daughters and closest friends to the dealership and they have all bought cars from Bill, with the same great service and kindness. The service department has been wonderful to work with. They are always professional and again, make you feel like they are looking out for your best interest. Great no pressure buying experience Recently my husband and I were looking at buying a Pilot and questioned whether it was a good fit for our family. Our sales associate was very easy to work with and because I was shopping solo asked if I needed to take the vehicle overnight for my husband to drive. This act was very helpful as we discovered quickly that the Pilot wasn't going to work. We returned it and found the Odyssey perfect. We were planning a used and ended up with a new van. Very smooth car buying experience!!! A note to the amazing service at Tiffany Springs Honda. I went to several other dealerships while comparison shopping. At the others I was asked tons of questions about my trade in and what kind of payment I wanted before I barely looked at vehicles. Lowell asked for my id for my test drive but didn't pressure me in any way. Friendly service without pressure- outstanding!! More

Bianca was fantastic at answering all of our question and letting us see what we wanted without trying to deter us in a different direction.Her personality made it a fun experience. I also really appreciated how they pull the car in and go over all of the features and help you connect and answer questions before you drive off. The only negative was being pressured by finance after negotiating the price we wanted to get to our desired payment. More

I was told by the person that your service center was full and busy the day I wanted to come in (that person was in Georgia), but I decided to come by the center anyway and it was not busy. More
