best 2 hours of my life Buying a car is always a long arduous process. There's a ton of paperwork, getting your insurance switched, test drives, haggling and all that jazz. I spent two hours at the Honda dealership on Saturday and I was so pleased all the way through. Jay, was wonderful and helped me get my first car. We started straight away with what I could afford and didn't even acknowledge cars outside of my price range. When I picked the car of my dreams he went out of his way to keep my payments low and to get me financed, which as a first time buyer, wasn't that easy. I so highly recommend this dealership and especially Jay. Wonderful visit! More

Excellent service I have a 10 year old Honda that needs occasional maintenance beyond normal routine work, and every time I've had work done on it, there has been no pr I have a 10 year old Honda that needs occasional maintenance beyond normal routine work, and every time I've had work done on it, there has been no problem after they work on it. I feel like the mechanics are knowledgeable and competent. I trust them to find what may be wrong with it. The service managers do an excellent job of communicating the issue to me and I always have the option to decline service if it ends up being more than the original estimate. Even in the midst of an extremely busy day, they took my time into consideration, arranged for a loaner car so that I didn't have to wait an extraordinary long time, and had my car ready to go the very next day, prior to the agreed upon pickup time. If that isn't efficient, I don't know what is! At all times, I was treated with courtesy and respect. More

I didn't feel like I was given the run around like I have with dealerships in the past. Bianca and Rod were both very responsive to my questions and needs. I wasn't left waiting forever while they disappeared to an office to discuss things. They were upfront and open. My car had to be brought in from another dealer. It was brought in quickly and I was kept informed of every step. When I got there to pick up my car, Bianca met me at the door and got me taken care of. I took my kindle prepared to spend a portion of my Saturday afternoon waiting to finish paperwork, wait for finance and for the car to be ready. BUT I never even got a chance to turn it on. I signed a couple things and was just finishing when finance was there waiting for me. After which I was taken to my car which was ready and waiting for me in the indoor delivery area. It was a smooth and easy transaction! More
