Best Honda Dealer in Northland Stopped by Tiffany Springs to look at what was available because my car(2000 Honda Civic EX) had just been wrecked. I so wanted to keep my old Honda a Stopped by Tiffany Springs to look at what was available because my car(2000 Honda Civic EX) had just been wrecked. I so wanted to keep my old Honda a few more years so I was not prepared to get a replacement yet. Brian Cobb talked with me about my needs and wants. He was the most down to earth-unpretentious car salesman I have ever dealt with. I told him I did not think I could afford to budget a brand new car but I so wanted another reliable Honda. He found me a 1 year, 1 owner used Honda with extremely low miles. I test drove it and came out the next day and bought it. He, along with the rest of the staff from the lady(Anna Marie) who teaches you the new features to the finance man(Anthony), made my car buying experience pleasant. It was bittersweet because I truly loved my old car (along with the no car payments, low car insurance & property tax payments). I may have car payments for awhile, but at least I know I have a safe car and if anything goes wrong, I have a dealership to take it to I can trust. I will be back......in about 10-15 years to get a new one. Hondas last. What can I say? More

He was calm and answered all my questions and concerns with patience. Rod Brown came over, introduced himself and worked the numbers until he was sure I was comfortable and happy with the outcome. Tim Minter in Finance took time to answer my questions and helped get my payment where I wanted it. Anna Moora was thorough in going over all the functions of my new Honda including the navigation system, Bluetooth and music options. Amazing staff! And I love my new Honda HRV! More
