Horrible Customer Service I brought my 2016 Honda Pilot in for recalls and an issue with the passenger window. When I got the car back, there was a terrible window noise throu I brought my 2016 Honda Pilot in for recalls and an issue with the passenger window. When I got the car back, there was a terrible window noise through out the cabin of the vehicle. They are saying that it's not an issue and after repeated attempts to get the service manager and general manager to call me, NO ONE in management has contacted me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! I spent over 40k for a verhicle that has terrible wind sounds like the window is cracked now AFTER the dealership worked on the car. They are saying that it isn't an issue and that all the cars sound like that. I drove it the first 10,000 miles and didn't have that sound. I take it in for repairs and now it is unbearable to drive. Complete incompetency ALL levels at Honda of Tiffany Springs. Buyer BEWARE! More
