Mike drove the vehicle with me and confirmed it sounded exactly like the front wheel bearing. At same time I asked if they could take a look under the front end due to a recent notice sent out by Honda on the bushings perhaps going bad. I was a little over on the mileage for the warranty to be within the guidelines. Mike called and they told him they would honor the bushing to be replaced. In addition to one having been found bad, Mike said they replaced both bushing in the front. Mike was very helpful and professional. I think the dealership went the distance towards helping me with the issue at hand. I very much appreciate the professionalism in which this was handled. Again I just want to Thank everyone involved and Yes I will recommend your dealership to others. Thanks John More

Rather than boxing us in to a car before we knew what we would be approved for, Jason listened to our concerns and helped us find out what we could afford before getting a commitment, which was important to us. No pressure, not overly aggressive sales tactics, and took the time to show us what we were looking for. All in all this was a very positive experience and I would recommend to a friend. More

I had always received excellent, personable service from Jeff; however, several experiences with other service personnel lately were disappointing, causing me to travel a long way to Ancona Honda, where I bought my 2013 Accord. Michelle completely changed my mind about returning to Tiffany Springs. She was personable, helpful, and very customer-friendly. The purpose of the service call was to calibrate the forward-looking camera after Safelite replaced the windshield. Because the work did not require a full hour, she gave me a discount, even though I would not have known the difference. She and the technician worked hard to find out why a replaced windshield would cause my right windshield wiper to be visible, even bringing in 3 other technicians for advice--and not charging me for the time. Turns out that Safelite had used an after-market replacement. Thanks to Michelle, I felt like I was dealing with a good friend who was doing everything to ensure I left as a satisfied customer. Especially because of her (and also the persistence of the tech), I will return to Tiffany Springs for future services. She is exactly the kind of customer-oriented employee that every employer hopes to have working for him or her. More
