Fast and Reliable on a Busy Friday I brought my car in for a routine oil change and Ed let me know that I also need several other items. Awesome!! Excellent customer service from beginning to end! I walked in to Honda of Tiffany Springs because they have done work on my 2006 Honda Civic. They have always treated me well. I told them what I wan I walked in to Honda of Tiffany Springs because they have done work on my 2006 Honda Civic. They have always treated me well. I told them what I wanted and the price I could agree to. They made a great deal happen for me and to direct and straight to the point. Woody (Vuthy) was always positive direct. I never felt like I was being manipulated into a deal. I also liked that I only dealt with Woody on the deal. When multiple salesman get involved it really feels like they are ganging up on you to get a deal. Woody treated me with respect and made sure I was happy. Tim in finance was also very helpful and treated me very well. He was respectful and direct. Anna helped me to get to know the car I bought and made me feel good about the car I bought. Over all I had a great experience and dealt with employees that respected me. Great job!!!! More
