A very expensive experience, but good Went in to get my car's air conditioner looked at...ended up costing me $845...the customer rep, Jesse, gave me a 15% discount which bought the cost d Went in to get my car's air conditioner looked at...ended up costing me $845...the customer rep, Jesse, gave me a 15% discount which bought the cost down to $742...I've always had my car serviced and repaired at Typhanny Springs Honda. While it tends to be more expensive, the service is professional and they normally provide an additional discount. My only issue with this repair was that the air conitioner clutch went out and had been under a defective notice that expired at 100k miles...my car was at 114k...give me a reason why it ended at 100k...not happy with Honda on this. Good, professional job by Jesse. That being said, I'll continue to bring my car into Typhanny Springs Honda for service and repair. More
Oil Change The Oil life indicator on my dash was at 40% in my 2011 Honda Pilot but the engine oil dipstick indicated that the oil level was on the bottom of the The Oil life indicator on my dash was at 40% in my 2011 Honda Pilot but the engine oil dipstick indicated that the oil level was on the bottom of the add mark. I am wondering how many Honda Pilot owners rely totally on the oil life indicator on the dash to schedule their oil changes. I checked the engine oil level dipstick when I got home after my oil change and the oil level was exactly on the "Full" mark. I am going to keep a close watch on the engine oil level until my next service. There are no oil spots on my clean garage floor that would indicate a leak of any kind. I would like to see a chart of Tiffany Springs recommended service intervals and today's estimated cost for labor and materials. I am pleased with the service received at Tiffany Springs Honda. More
