Poor ,substandard service. Took vehicle in for service on May 19,2016 as a scheduled appointment for Oil Change ,Filter and fluids ck, and Mo state Inspection.Stressed the fact Took vehicle in for service on May 19,2016 as a scheduled appointment for Oil Change ,Filter and fluids ck, and Mo state Inspection.Stressed the fact that power steering fluid was low and would need to be topped off.After service I checked the fluid in lot and it was still low. Service manager went and got bottle of power steering fluid and topped off. My 2010 Accord is in immaculate condition 40671 miles and I trade at approx 5 yrs mark, with Honda's since 1991. Car has only moved 150 miles since service I checked fluids today and FOUND MY OIL OVERFILLED BY AT LEAST 1/2 QUART.MAYBE EVEN MORE I AM GETTING SOMEONE TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND DRAIN THE EXCESS. The owners manual warns of the danger of overfilling the oil in the engine as it could be harmful it . A customer shouldn't have to check over the work to see if a service was done right.The dealership has my maintenance records so they can contact me if they wish. But they won't see me for service or any future purcahses More
