Satisfied I scheduled a routine maintenance after my Maintenance Minder reminded me. I also had two other concerns about the car. One was the brakes and the other was fouling of my spark plugs that continues to occur. Jason was the service rep and listened to my concerns. While I was waiting for the car, Jason returned and explained that Honda would replace 4 rings in my engine at cost. While they were doing that they could do some upcoming engine maintenance saving me some labor cost down the road. I was given a loaner and a few days later had my car back and everything is working great. Very courteous and helpful service department. Ed More

My Honda Pilot was blowing hot air from the A/C and I needed it fixed quick. The team at Honda of Tiffany Springs got me the appointment date and time I wanted. I worked with Mike Bair and he was amazing. From scheduling my complementary shuttle service to keeping me informed on the process Mike was great. When my vehicle needed to stay over night, because the part needed to be expedited to the location, Mike got me a loner vehicle. The next day my vehicle was ready to go before noon and price came in under estimate! The two car shuttle personnel that I received rides from where friendly and professional. Don't go any where else! Also, they have won awards for fixing things right the first time which was important to me as well. More
