My experience was fine My wife brought our Honda CRV in last week. They told her two filters needed to be replaced. She had the work done. I have made at least 10 phone calls to Honda. Left at least 5 messages for someone to call me back. I sat on hold for almost 20 minutes each time I called. Last time I called I asked for a manager.
