My experience was fine My wife brought our Honda CRV in last week. They told her two filters needed to be replaced. She had the work done. I have made at least 10 phone calls to Honda. Left at least 5 messages for someone to call me back. I sat on hold for almost 20 minutes each time I called. Last time I called I asked for a manager. Satisfied I scheduled a routine maintenance after my Maintenance Minder reminded me. I also had two other concerns about the car. One was the brakes and the o I scheduled a routine maintenance after my Maintenance Minder reminded me. I also had two other concerns about the car. One was the brakes and the other was fouling of my spark plugs that continues to occur. Jason was the service rep and listened to my concerns. While I was waiting for the car, Jason returned and explained that Honda would replace 4 rings in my engine at cost. While they were doing that they could do some upcoming engine maintenance saving me some labor cost down the road. I was given a loaner and a few days later had my car back and everything is working great. Very courteous and helpful service department. Ed More
