I used the US News and World Reports Best Price Programs to check out dealerships and prices. Honda of Tiffany Springs made the whole experience as stress free as it could be. Deana contact me based off my interest on the US News website and from there it was an easy experience to schedule an appointment to check out the car I'd picked out and make the purchase. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. They presented me with my options, but I never felt pressured to make a choice I was uncomfortable with. I've had my Honda Civic for about 7 months and it's been great! More

problem with not finding battery problem during reg. service Battery defective issue was not found during routine maintenance. Our son had the same problem. That is more than chance. Car failed to start, 2.5 yrs old Service person did not check to see if our battery was in warranty, just announced to me it would be $120 to replace battery. Not the best. More

Very Troubling I went in to buy a car and the car to begin with was over priced by $3000 over the Kelly bluebook price. I tried to haggle with the Salsman but he wou I went in to buy a car and the car to begin with was over priced by $3000 over the Kelly bluebook price. I tried to haggle with the Salsman but he would not go down to the price I was asking for even after the car died on the test drive because the battery was dead. I know that the price haggling is expected so I left and came back 2 days later and those two days I never got a call from the salesman which surprised me. I was finally able to talk to salesman into the price that I wanted for the car and was able to take the car home the next night. The next day I see that the lip on the front bumper was not installed correctly so I went back to get it fixed. The used car parts manager agreed to fix it and call me in a week at soon as the part was in so that I could get it replaced. A week went by and I never got a call back so I called the manager that ordered the used car parts and he said that he'd call me back in two more weeks. I called back two weeks later and he said that he was going to call me in another week, I started to get really irritated because I had been three weeks and I still didn't have my part so I decided to escalate to the general manager of the dealership and into weeks time left about five messages and I never got a call back through email or voicemail and neither did the dealership manager ever call me. This was extremely frustrating so I decided to go in myself and talk to the manager myself but he wasn't in so the salesman took in the request and make sure that I got my part ordered that day. I was absolutely baffled to know that after 2 months my part was still not even ordered. After I made sure that the part was ordered the part was in three days later and was finally installed after two months of haggling with the parts manager. I will never return back to this dealership as I have dealt with three other dealerships before and never had this problem. My next choice of dealership will be for sure Legends Honda. The only reason I did not get the car at legends Honda is because they didn't have the choice of car that I wanted. More

Best Honda Buying Experience I love my new Ridgeline!!! This is my fifth Honda, my third Ridgeline and I have always had a great buying experience but this time was exceptional. I love my new Ridgeline!!! This is my fifth Honda, my third Ridgeline and I have always had a great buying experience but this time was exceptional. This was my first time at Honda of Tiffany Springs and it won't be my last. I cannot say enough about the phenomenal customer service. I felt like every person involved went the extra mile, including Christian, the delivery specialist who went over every detail of my new Ridgeline. Thank you Bobby for finding my awesome ride, Ashly for keeping me mobile until it arrived, Jeff for driving to Des Moines to pick it up and Jesse for making the financing portion painless and fun. You are all the best at what you do and I appreciate each of you. More
