"Trust and Piece of Mind" I have been buying Honda Automobiles since the 1980's. Presently I own a 2003 Accord, a 2006 Ridgeline, and I just recently traded in a 2009 Odyssey I have been buying Honda Automobiles since the 1980's. Presently I own a 2003 Accord, a 2006 Ridgeline, and I just recently traded in a 2009 Odyssey EXL for a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite. I have known Mike Bair my Service Advisor and Dave Witt my Mechanic for over 30 years. They are the experts and I leave all my service work in their hands. My vehicles have not been serviced anywhere else but your dealership. It is this Trust and Piece of Mind that keeps me coming back! I also appreciate Josh who gives me a ride to work and comes and picks me up when my vehicle is serviced and ready to go. These are among the many reasons why I have stayed a Loyal Honda Owner over the years. More

I trust him 100% with our van. I told him once, when my wife was taking this car out of town for an extended period of time, I need this vehicle to be in peak performance and I only gave him a day. When we purchased the vehicle and drove it off the lot, we realized that an indicator light kept coming on. I took the car back up to the dealership to have it looked at. Michael was most helpful in trying to identify the problem and check to ensure it was rectified. Unfortunately it was not, so the dealership scheduled an appointment to service my vehicle. Pat helped to put me in a courtesy car while I had my new car fixed. I appreciated their assistance in remedying the issue in a timely manner. More

After 2 months of suffering the 'run around' from used car dealerships, coming to Honda of Tiffany Springs was like a much needed respite! JB and Tim were very friendly, sincere, professional, and personable! They satisfied my requests, and I was in and out of there in 1 hour! They even took my rough trade in. And most importantly, Tim worked hard and found me an incredible interest rate 50% less than what all the used car dealerships were trying to push on me! And I also got my car for $1000 less than the NADA recommended price! Thanks for such a pleasant experience!
