Eddie Lambkin did it again! I brought in my wife's car last week for an oil change, trusting that the dealership would also check the CRV over for any other matters of concern. Eddie made sure that everything was checked, and discovered that the front brakes needed replacing. He almost apologized for the extra expense, but I thanked him for discovering this issue BEFORE my wife's car had a brake failure! They replaced the front brakes, and did an excellent job, as usual. The prices for repairs are reasonable and I know that Honda parts and service men are being used to do the best job. Thanks Eddie and the repairmen for a job well done! It gives me great peace of mind! More

I am always told it will not be over 30 to 40 minutes. You can imagine the frustration of sitting and waiting twice that long each time for an oil change. If it is going to take that long I would like to know prior to the waiting time. Mike Blair was truthful and very efficient. I use my vehicle for business and travel weekly. Time management is very important to me. Mike brought back my faith in the dealership with his honesty and efficiency. I was actually out of there in about 35 minutes, and that included tire rotation. Thank you to Mike Blair. More

This visit we brought in a CRV one day, diagnosed, notified, and agreed to the service and I left it over night, parts were ordered and the next day it was completed so fast. Just before we came to pick it up and we receive notice by email, the parts for the other car, a CRZ were in, so we dropped it off when we picked up the CRV, They completed that work within the hour and we were able to pick it up the same day, with a complete check point on essentials and a car wash!. Fast service, care from the writers, honest people, and always outstanding workmanship by the techs. I hear many people who complain about their dealers, but not us. Tiffany Springs Honda is the best. Thanks to everyone! More

Mike Bair is my Service Advisor and he has impressed me from day one with his knowledge, style and most importantly, honesty when it comes to the inner-workings of my vehicle. It may not always be pleasant news (like having a worn out catalytic converter and they are made with precious metals), but I can ALWAYS trust that Mike is telling me truth about what my vehicle needs.
